The installation and set up was really easy. It is user friendly and I hope to clean up my computer with it's help. I was not sure where to find the serial number for the installation. I am not sure if I should have had one or not as to being a tester... maybe I would suggest making that easier for one to find.

I am SO happy with this program. My computer has been on the verge of driving me insane recently, what with random "security violation" messages, slow performance (to the point of not being able to type an e-mail because some characters would not show up), and general poor workability. After installing Fix-It Utilities, my processing speed is so much better, instantly!

As a non-techie, I was not entirely sure which parts of the program I needed, or how to operate certain parts, so it would be helpful to have more of a straightforward, "Use this if you need this" upon installation. Other than that, I'm figuring things out as I go and am happy with the results.

-- Fixed my computer!

It is great. It scans my computer and has fixed problems that I had on my computer before I installed Fix-It. It is pretty easy to use once installed and didn't take much time to get it up and running. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.

I found this to be simple & easy computer maintenance program. It's
equipped with everything that's needed to protect your computer and to keep it running smoothly. It's a all in one program that does everything: fix problems, protects against spyware, viruses, recover files as well as speed up the pc.
