This is actually an anti-spyware software with anti-virus engine and 'live protection' component.
I deal with anti-spyware software on a daily basis and Onhand has a few Pros and almost no Cons.

Pros:
- easy to use interface
- fast 'quick' scan
- thorough 'deep' scan - picked up the test stuff from my CD, unlike any other.
- great 'live protection' - it stopped ten out of ten.
- PRICE!!! - it is 1/3 of the cheapest competitor.
- scheduler - set it to run at midnight, come back in the morning and hit 'delete' and that's it.

Cons:
- somewhat slow 'deep' scan - it took almost an hour to scan 70GB of data, vs. 2 minutes in 'quick' mode.

Conclusion:
It is probably a promo action, put it out for $10. I don't think it will last long at that price... -- Good software, great price
